Adjustable Front Cutting System - Double Cutting Blades (Upper Fixed Blade and Lower Curved Blade)
This front cutting system is Fantai's patent in 2022. The front cutting system is divided into two independent cutting systems, upper and lower. The upper cutting system uses the fixed blade for cutting - making the cutting quicker and more effective. The lower cutting system adopts the involute cutting principle, with more flexible cutting and having the functions of pulling, cutting, and pushing.
Fantai's double-blade cutting system consists of two independent cutting units that can be used in combination with the upper fixed blade and the lower cutting blade. The two units can also be used independently, either using the upper cutting or only using the lower cutting without interfering with each other. When an application unit is closed, it is sealed with a spare part sealing plate.
The front cutting system can have the entire functional unit closed to meet the special planting requirements in regions like Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia, and ensure the maximization of locomotive efficiency, achieving the effects of energy saving, consumption reduction, and production increase.
